We understand things happen and offer a 100% money back guarantee on any purchase up until the day before an event(11:59pm). 

If you would like to request a refund on the day of the event, there will be a 5% non-refundable fee resulting in a 95% refund.

If you pay for an event but end up not showing up and no refund request was made the day before the event, we will impose a 5% non-refundable fee and automatically process a 95% refund.

All refunds will take around 5-10 business days to process. 

No refunds will be available after the event has ended.
